• What you are interested in (software, video or both) and the kinds of work you select
• Your project details, and anything you add about your goal, links, stage, budget and timing

The budget, goal, links and timing fields are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Like any website, the service that hosts it can see basic technical information when a page or video is requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

At the time of writing, this site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not set cookies of its own. It has no user accounts. If that changes, we will update this page first.

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, to understand and plan the work you are asking about, and to keep a record of that conversation.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Your enquiry is passed through a service that delivers it to us. If you play a video, it is served by our video hosting provider, which can see technical information about your request. These providers handle information only to provide their service to us.

We keep enquiries only as long as necessary to respond to you and to maintain a record of our communication about a project. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and you can raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
