NexStep provides software development and video production. The scope, timeline and deliverables for any project are agreed with each client in writing before work begins.

This site does not list fixed prices. Pricing is given per project after we understand what you need. Nothing on this site, including descriptions of services and deliverables, is a binding quote or offer until it is agreed in writing.

Every piece of work on this site is labelled with what it is. Client work is shown only with the client's permission. Examples are shown to illustrate our work and are not a promise that you will get the same result.

Brand names, products and people that appear in sample videos belong to their respective owners.

Ownership and usage rights for the work we deliver, including any third-party licences or stock material, are agreed in writing for each project before work starts.

The design, text, code and media on this site belong to NexStep or the people who made them available to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission. Please use the contact form for genuine enquiries only, and do not misuse or try to disrupt the site.

The site and its contents are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NexStep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from delivered work.
